Notes
The lawsuit seeks to block Tennessee's new map before the August primary. A parallel emergency filing was made in Louisiana after Gov. Jeff Landry's executive order attempted to suspend Louisiana's congressional primary elections after voting had already begun. Both cases will be watched as first major post-Callais test cases.
