The NJ charges involve four defendants who each voted in at least one federal election including 2020 and 2024. The Canadian case involves a man who voted illegally in Massachusetts from 2008 to 2024 and signed nomination papers for candidates as recently as 2026. These are documented criminal charges, not allegations. Separately, a Mauritanian illegal alien was charged in a DHS case (March 2026, Breitbart). These cases are genuine but Kash Patel's framing — "this is widespread" — is not supported by the total numbers relative to 150+ million voters. Document the facts; note the extrapolation.
